Thanks for choosing HomeFI, Please read all of our Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), which contain important information about your relationship with us.
It is impossible to complete any transaction without acknowledging and agreeing to HomeFI's Terms and Conditions.
Our checkout process does not allow ANY purchase to be completed without acknowledgment and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
It is expected that all customers will stay current with any changes posted to our terms and condition page through the entire length of their service with us.
When providing us your information
You acknowledge that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and you agree that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree that all information supplied to us during any purchase is correct and complete. You understand that providing HomeFI, false or incorrect information may result in additional fees, product and/or service delays, or suspension or termination of your services.
HomeFI Fair Usage commitment
To ensure that our services have fair access to the network, we will monitor mobile hotspot usage on a regular basis to ensure that usage is both reasonable and fair. If during our investigation we find the account is being misused it will be terminated without notice and without a refund.
HomeFI unlimited Data is up to no more than 400 GB of data with stream saver on to optimize video performance. going over 400 GB of data can lead to product and/or service delays or suspension or termination of your services. without notice and without a refund.
Elite unlimited is truly unlimited (Abuse police )
Who can use this service
Our service is meant for personal use. While we do offer unlimited** wireless internet we do reserve the right to investigate accounts that have uncommonly high data use. If during our investigation we find the account is being misused it will be terminated without notice and without a refund.
Charges for Mobile Hot Spot Plans
All charges for mobile hot spot plans which you purchase from HomeFI are paid in advance. There will be absolutely no refunds on Activation or Renews
Abuse
Any accounts that are flagged by the carrier for abuse are NON-REFUNDABLE you should inform customers of our abuse policies in advance to issuing service to them if they are in violation of our abuse policy then their account will be canceled and there will be no refund for service.
You must use the IMEI from the device to activate the account if your customer switches the sim to another device without changing the IMEI on the account the carrier WILL suspend the service of the customer No refunds will be offered for the service if they have inserted their sim into another device
In accordance with these terms, you expressly agree that you are not entitled to a refund, that the full amount of your payment was properly due and owing, and you will not seek and are not entitled to, any chargeback or other credit from your bank or credit card company.
Service Speeds and Signal
Speed and Signal strength depend upon cellular service coverage and equipment capabilities. The maximum speed for the service is 150 Mbps (4 mbps Stream saver) that however, it is not the average speed that our customers experience. Most customers experience speeds of 10 Mbps to 50 Mbps ( 4 mbps Stream Saver ). HomeFI does not offer, promise, or guarantee minimum speeds. All services are provided on an AS-IS basis and throughput speeds are not guaranteed.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use our Site and the Content (whether provided by us or others), as well as any Software provided in connection with the Site, in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will not take any of the following actions with respect to our Site, related Software, or Content, nor will you use our Site or related Software to upload, post, email, distribute, transmit, link, solicit or otherwise make available any Content or use our Site in any manner that:
- is unlawful, harmful to minors, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, gratuitously violent, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive, hateful or abusive;
- infringes someone else's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property or other rights;
- removes any proprietary notices or labels on the Content;
- advocates or solicits violence, criminal conduct or the violation of any local, state, national or international law or the rights of any third party;
- is deceptive in any way, such as an offer to sell fraudulent goods or contains an impersonation of any person or entity or misrepresents an affiliation with a person or entity;
- specifically advertises firearms or ammunition, tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, or other contraband;
- constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (SPAM), chain letters, or any other unsolicited commercial or non-commercial communication;
- interferes with others using the Sites;
- is off-topic according to the description of the group, forum or webpage;
- contains software viruses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, Trojan horses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, overburden, impair or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, network, server or communications systems or equipment;
- contains a charity request, petitions for signatures, chain letters or letters relating to a pyramid scheme;
- disrupts, interferes or inhibits any other user from enjoying the Sites or other affiliated or linked websites, material, contents, products and/or services.
- uses any robot, spider, or other such programmatic or automatic device, inducing but not limited to automated dial-in or inquiry devices, to obtain information from the Site or otherwise monitor or copy any portion of the Site, products and/or services;
- creates a false identity for the purpose of misleading others;
- prepares, compiles, uses, downloads or otherwise copies any user information and/or usage information for any portion thereof, or transmit, provide or otherwise distribute (whether or not for a fee) such information to any third party;
- uses any AT&T domain name as a pseudonymous return email address;
- contains any offer for unsolicited goods or services or any advertising or promotional materials, except in those areas specifically designated for such purpose (e.g., classified bulletin board);
- provides material support or resources (or conceals or disguises the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
- attempts to disable, bypass, modify, defeat or otherwise circumvent any of the digital rights management or other security related tools incorporated into the software or any Content or the Sites;
- reproduces, duplicates, copies, sells, trades, resells or exploits for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Sites or Content, use of the Sites, or access to the Sites;
- publishes, publicly performs or displays, or distributes to any third party any Content, including reproduction on any computer network or broadcast or publications media;
- systematically collects and uses any Content including the use of any data mining, or similar data gathering and extraction methods;
- makes derivative uses of the Sites or the Content;
- uses, frames, or utilizes framing techniques to enclose any portion of the Sites (including the images found at the Sites or any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page); and/or
- modifies, translates, decompiles, disassembles, uses reverse engineering or otherwise attempts to derive the source code for the computer systems and other technology that operate our Site. For purposes of these Terms, "reverse engineering" shall include the examination or analysis of the Site to determine the source code, structure, organization, internal design, algorithms or encryption devices of our Site's underlying technology.
Unless you are participating in an area of the Site that requires or encourages anonymity, we encourage you to use your real name.
Termination of Service
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Cancellation Requests- Must Be requested within 8 days of billing, all invoices are sent out 10 days before renewing on auto-pay
Due to the unique nature of the service offered by HomeFI, it may become necessary on rare occasions to permanently terminate or temporarily suspend our service at any time without advance notice to you. You expressly agree that we have the absolute right to do so. In such an event, you will not be entitled to any refund or proration of any payment, including prepaid plans, you have made. You agree not to seek any chargeback or other credit from your bank or credit card company and expressly acknowledge that the full amount of payment you made was properly due and owing.
A restocking fee of $25 will apply to purchases that are shipped to customers. This includes, but is not limited to, wireless devices and bring your own sim packages. This fee will be subtracted from the total amount of the refund. The restock fee is not applicable to the purchase of monthly service for existing customers, monthly service purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently at any time without notice. We may change any terms, rates, conditions, fees, expenses, or charges regarding your Service at any time without notice.
Outages and Service Delays Out of Our Control
HomeFI, will not be liable for delays, damages or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of a governmental body, acts of God, acts of third parties, fires, floods, strikes or other labor-related disputes, of other things we do not control, or during a warranty replacement.
Revisions and Price Increases
HomeFI, may revise the terms and conditions of this agreement from time to time, including any of the policies which may be applicable to usage of accounts or pricing by posting such revisions to our website Homefihome.com. You agree to visit this page and the links thereon periodically to be aware of and review any such revisions. Product costs can occur without notice. You will be notified regarding a price increase in your monthly plan prior to the effective date of the price increase. If you do not agree to the new renewal price, it is your responsibility to notify HomeFI of cancellation of your plan prior to your renewal term or you will be billed at the new rate.
Resale of HomeFI,
Customers are not permitted to resell or redistribute their accounts or products to other individuals or businesses without consent from HomeFI, If an account is found to be resold it may be terminated without notice and without a refund being issued.
